整堂课的设计比较合理，环环推进，学生们的掌握情况还算是不错的。将长篇的课文以分段的形式教授，降低了课文的难度，同时又将重点句型拉出，单独形成一篇小型的对话，便于学生记忆。因为课文的内容是属于实用性的对话，所以在post-task时，采用了和课文相关联的情景，同时加入了一些其他内容，让学生们可以在练习新的对话的同时，可以复习一些原有的知识。产出的效果可以，句型都会使用，课堂的教学目标基本达成。
但是其中也有一些需要改进的地方，做spot dictation时，空格过多，出现的频率太高，让学生们顾此失彼，没能够达到很好的目的。在读诵记忆的环节，可以多加一些形式，比如小组竞赛，同样的时间，哪组朗诵的次数多，或者设置场景，让学生们从对话中选择句子回。朗诵诗还需多加注意学生的语音语调。多注意学生们的语音语调不要单纯的while-task时，出现了两次听力填空的形式，形式比较单一，可以将phone message这块改成单纯的问答形式，老师在听力开始前口头告知学生需要回答的问题，when, where, what activities。在说到jill不能来时，老师口头列举了几个理由，但是学生们似乎没有领会，在post-task请学生做example对话时，在这一点上出现了问题。也许当时请学生自己来思考回答jill不能来的理由，会更加有助于最后的对话产出。
