摘要：An image scanner for converting a radiation image pattern into an electronicimage includes a silicon wafer (21) across which the radiation image pattern moves in afirst direction (16). The wafer is divided into an array of channels (48) extending in the firstdirection and pairs of polysilicon control electrodes (31,24;32,25; etc.) extend along the
light receiving surface of the wafer in a direction normal to the first direction. Controlvoltage is applied alternately to conductors (38,39) connected to alternate efficientopaque metal conductors (45,46) extending across and evenly spaced on the lightreceiving surface at an angle to the array so as to make their interference with light,projected onto the array, substantially uniform. The opaque conductors are connected toalternate pairs of electrodes. An anamorphic lens distorts the image projected onto thearray to enable more convenient and efficient use of the array surface area.
