摘要：The present invention relates to an ultraviolet-curable resin composition for anoptical disk containing a sulfur-containing compound (A) represented by the followingformula (1): (wherein, R and R each dependently represent a hydrogen atom, a hydroxygroup, an alkyloxy group, an alkyl group, an aryl group, a carboxy group, an alkylthioether group or a halogen atom) a photopolymerizable compound (B) and aphotopolymerization initiator (C), and an optical disk having a thin film of the curedproduct of said resin composition, particularly an optical disk having a reflective filmcomprising silver or a silver alloy; and said optical disk is prevented from changing theproperties of its reflective film comprising silver or a silver alloy, and thus has a higherdurability.
