摘要：The invention relates to a capacitor comprising electrode layers (1), which arearranged one on top of the other, have an electrode metal, and which are insulated fromone another by dielectric layers (2) made of ceramic material. According to the invention,the ceramic material comprises a portion of electrode metal, and the electrode layers (1)are sintered together with the dielectric layers (2). Silver doping of X7R ceramic makes itpossible to reduce the loss of silver from the inner electrode. At the same time, thepalladium content of the inner electrode can be reduced. The invention also relates to amethod for producing said capacitor.
