摘要：A surgical instrument 10 is provided for use in endoscopic or laparoscopicprocedures. The instrument includes a handle portion 12 an endoscopic portion 18extending from the handle portion, an articulating section 22 pivotably connected 24 to adistal end portion 26 of the endoscopic portion, and a retractor assembly 28 operativelyassociated with the articulating section. Structure 114, 116 is provided for manipulatingthe articulating section relative to the longitudinal axis of the endoscopic portion withinan angular degree of rotation. An injection port 858 (fig 34) may also be provided todeliver fluids through the endoscopic portion to the operative site.
