98 广西师范大学学报:自然科学版 第26卷 Antimonphosphomolybdate Blue—Nanogold Resonance Scattering Spectral Method for Determination of Ascorbic Acid WEN Gui—qing ,LIANG Ai—hui ,WU Bao—ling ,JIANG Zhi—liang (1・Guangxi Key Laboratory of Environmental Engineering,Protection and Assessment; School of Environment and Resource,Guangxi Normal University,Guilin 541004,China; 2.Department of Materials and Chemical Engineering,Guilin University of Technology,Guilin 541004,China) Abstract:In the medium of HzSO4一phosphomolybdic acid—antimony potassium tartrate,nanogold has a very strong resonance scattering(RS)peak at 774 nm.Upon addition of ascorbic acid。the antimonphos— phomolybdate heteropoly acid was reduced tO form antimonphosphomolybdate blue which resulted in the RS intensity quenching at 774 nm.The effect of H2SO4,phosphomolybdic acid,antimony potassium tar— trate and nanogold in size of 1 5,30 and 50 nm on the decreased RS intensity△ was studied respectively. Under the chosen conditions,the decreased value A1 was linear to the concentration of Vc in the range of 0.1O~16.0 mg/L,with regression equation of AI=21.1C一2.0,relative coefficient of 0.998 l,detection limit of 0.05 mg/L.This method could applied to analysis Vc in tablet,injection and juice sample,sim— ply,rapid and accuracy,and with the RSD between 1.78 ~4.62 .
