How to keep healthy (怎样保持健康)
It is very important for us to keep healthy. We can't study well without healthy body.

What’s more, a healthy lifestyle can help us grow up healthily.And try to go to bed early and get up early. Having enough sleep can help your brain work better.Don’t stay up too late, it’s bad for our health.
