Which is more important in finding a job, education or experience?
Some people think education is more important because the teacher will teach the best way. Others hold the reason that the experience comes second in finding a job. As far as I am concerned, experience is more important.
First of all, if you have experience in doing something, you will acquire confidence. Jerry plays basketball every week. When his teacher chooses some students to join basketball team. Jerry thinks he can do it and he passes the test without versus.
Moreover, you will memorize it better. Once I was having an English class, the foreign teacher asked me a question. I knew my answer was wrong and I never make this kind of mistake any more.
Last but not least, holding an experience is an easy way to find a job. As you can see, the bosses always find some jobless with experience, because you will work better and don’t make many mistakes
All in all, experience is more important and more people will be intellect.
