摘要：The present invention relates to the field of isolation of enveloped virus-basedvirus-like particles (VLPs) free of infectious agents. In preferred examples, the fieldincludes methods of inactivation of infectious agents that do not adversely affect theimmunogenicity of the enveloped virus-based VLPs. In certain embodiments, theenveloped virus-based VLPs are produced in insect cell based expression systems.
