摘要：PURPOSE:To attain high function and high density of an encoder circuit byproviding a circuit means inputting at least two input signals to the input section of anencoder. CONSTITUTION:A multiplexer input MOSFET 31, an inverter 22 and a MOSFET 32for discharging an input line 61 are provided. The discharge MOSFET 32 is turned on bythe inverse of control signal CLK to reset the input line 61 to a low level. In such a case,the MOSFET 31 is turned off by the output signal of the inverter 22. Further, all MOSFETs12 coding an encoder are turned off, a MOSFET 11 for charging an output line is turnedon by the control signal CLK and the output line 62 is charged to VDD. When the reset isreleased by the control signal CLK, the input MOSFET 31 is turned on, input signals in1-inM and in2M-inM+1 are made receptionable and one input line 61 is charged to the VDDin response to the prescribed input signal.
